Searching Confidential Profiles consists of creating a search: giving the search a name and description, and defining the position associated with the search. Making the job visible (job posting) to candidates for browsing is optional for the search. Searching profiles and posting jobs are free. Fees are paid only for successful hires.

Confidential Profiles display the essentials of a candidate's qualifications in an easy to read standardized format, without revealing a candidate's identity. We make it easy to construct a search, systematically building it from our database of industry keywords, the same descriptors candidates use to build a profile. Searches are saved and managed by name and description. Candidates may be associated with more than one search.
