A Confidential Profile is a basic sketch of your qualifications and work experience. It is confidential because it contains no information that could reveal your identity to employers. This is our first layer of confidentiality. You can also choose to hide your Confidential Profile from selected companies. This is our second layer of confidentiality.

Confidential Profiles display the essentials of a candidate's qualifications in an easy to read standardized format. We make it easy to construct your profile, systematically building it from our database of industry keywords. How do we use Confidential Profiles? Prospective employers register with us to search our Confidential Profiles. We also maintain professional relationships with food industry companies and systematically email and fax them with a summary of our active candidates and selected Confidential Profiles.  When employers are interested in a candidate's profile and wish to know more, they request access to view the Online Resume. The candidate is notified, reviews the opportunity and chooses to grant or deny permission.

Note: In order to protect a candidate's anonymity, we want nothing in the profile that would help identify a candidate. For instance, after more than five years experience, years are list as 5+, 10+ etc. The same logic is also applied to the number supervised.
